Buttonwillow Receives National and International Recognition

The COVID Slide is real and is evident. The important part of this is how steep that slide will be as we enter a new school year. Buttonwillow has made every effort to slow that slide and is already evaluating where those slides may take place. Two reasons for this were the quality and quickness of getting our technologies in the hands of our students and families

We were fortunate to appear in a write-up that shares how Buttonwillow, as well Cold Spring School in Montecito and Placerville School District in El Dorado County were able to implement distance/remote learning regardless of socio-economic conditions in each district.

As of Thursday afternoon the article appeared in Wichita, Kansas; Lubbock, Texas; Erie, Pennsylvania; Santa Fe, New Mexico; the Middle East and North Africa News; Oswego, New York; Reno, Nevada; Marketwatch, a national publication; Delaware, Maryland, Virgina, Sarasota, FL; and Youngstown, OH; as well as the digital journal.

Below is the article as it appeared in Santa Fe.
